How does the quote work?
Tell us your car details and what needs fixing. We’ll match you with a suitable independent garage that can provide a written quote explaining the recommended work and expected cost. You can review the quote before deciding whether to go ahead.
Your written quote sets out the agreed work and cost. If the garage discovers additional problems, it will explain the extra work and costs and get your approval before proceeding.
Using an independent garage does not automatically invalidate your manufacturer warranty. However, servicing and repairs must meet the manufacturer’s applicable requirements. If your car is still under warranty, let us know so the garage can take this into account.
Depending on the repair, the garage may recommend genuine manufacturer parts or suitable aftermarket alternatives. The available options and associated costs can be discussed with the garage before the work begins.
